I understand that all food prepared or processed for resale in the State of North Dakota must comply with the State of North Dakota’s rules and regulations for all such items.

It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all regulations of the North Prairie Farmers Markets and to hold the proper insurance requirements for its operation at the Market.

The North Prairie Farmers Markets will not be held liable for any failure of the seller to comply with applicable regulations.

Violation of these guidelines will be grounds for forfeiture of membership and selling privileges at the Market.
